Updating Clocks

The 8000 series WFM clock supports multiple update types to add new features, resolve defects, and modify configurations to meet changing business requirements. Each update process follows this workflow:

1. Collect Update Artifacts
   • Application update
   • Configuration update
   • Resource update
   • Script update
2. Select Update Targets
   • All readers
   • Update by group
   • Individual reader
3. Deploy Updates (Setup, Deploy, and Verify)
   • WebService FileUpdate
   • RESTful Clock Update
