Adding a schedule
- In WFM, select Maintenance > Reader Setup > Clock Update Management.
- Select the tab where the schedule should be added: Applications, Configurations, Resources, or System Updates.
- Click Add Schedule.
- Select a Target Type from the list.
- ALL
- This is the default value. Targets every reader that the current update version applies to and is connected to the current WFM instance.
- GROUP
- Targets an update group.
- READER
- Targets an individual reader by name.
If you select GROUP or READER instead of ALL, the Target Name field becomes available for selection.
- Target Name
- Select the Update Target Group or Reader by name for the schedule.
- Date Selection
- Select a date or range of dates that define the start date of the Update Schedule.
- Time Selection
- Specify the start time of the Update Schedule.
Note:- The time must be set in the future relative to the current time.
- The time must not precede any other scheduled start time for the same update type and update target.
- The date and time are based on the clocks’ local time.
- Click Save.
Note:After creation, the schedule is shown in the Schedule view of the Update Version.
- The expiry date of the new update schedule is always set to 01/01/3000.
- The expiry date of the previous update schedule (previously set to 01/01/3000) for the same update target and update type is adjusted to end immediately before the effective date of the new update schedule.
