Creating an Application update

  1. In Clock Update Management, click the Applications tab.
  2. From the List view, click New Application.
  3. Click the File icon to select a file from your system.
    If the selected file is valid, the Version, Build, and Reader Type fields are automatically populated based on the file.
  4. Click Save and Upload to create the application version.
  5. After the upload is complete, click Done to finish creating the update version.
    The new entry is listed by Application Version and Build Number.
    Note: Only one application update version can exist for a specific software version-build number. If you manage multiple WFM clock types, for example, 8000 and 9000 series perform these steps:
    1. Create the update version with the artifact for one reader type.
    2. Click the Add Artifact button to upload the artifact for the other reader type.
    3. After uploading, confirm that both reader type artifacts are displayed.
