Creating multiple forecasts

You can create forecast records for multiple teams and drivers in bulk. Using these steps, you can create large-scale forecasting without manually creating individual forecasts.

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
  2. Click Add Schedule.
  3. Specify a task description.
  4. Select Enhanced Batch Forecasting Task from the Task Type list.
  5. In the Forecast Settings section, specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the forecast.
    Team
    Select a team. All sub-teams and drivers are included in the team selection by default.
    Forecast Period
    Select Day Offsetto run the task weekly if required orDate Range to run the task within a specified date range.
    Start Date
    Specify start date of the task.
    End date
    Specify the end date of the task.
    Workmail Notification
    Specify the user that is notified when the task is completed.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Run or schedule the task.
    When you run this task, you can monitor the progress of the forecast in the Forecasting page.
