Vacation Planning Report

The Vacation Planning Report shows the vacation plan preferences submitted by employees and the results of the vacation bidding process. Administrators, business analysts, and managers use the report to review all submitted preferences and bidding outcomes, grouped by team. The report also exports the results for record-keeping and troubleshooting.

The report provides two views:

• Summary View groups results by vacation plan. For each employee, it shows the selection order, the preference rank, the duration in days or weeks, the preference status, and any associated messages.
• Detail View shows the same information as the Summary View and adds the specific requested preference dates or date ranges.

You can filter the report by vacation plan, team, and employee, and you can export it to HTML, PDF, or Excel.
