Specifying staff offsets for days of the week

You can define staff offsets for specific days of the week. Specifying staff offsets for a day overrides the general staff offsets specified for the location.

  1. Open the location configuration.
  2. Perform these steps to configure opening staff offsets for specific days of the week:
    1. In the Staff Offsets section, click the plus-minus icon (±) next to the Open field.
      The Day of Week pop-up is displayed.
    2. Click Add.
    3. Select a day of the week from the drop down.
    4. Specify the number of hours employees should be scheduled before the hours of operation on the selected day.
    5. If additional days require a different staff offset than the location, click Add and repeat the previous steps.
    6. Click Hide All to close the pop-up.
  3. Perform these steps to configure closing offsets for specific days of the week:
    1. In the Staff Offsets section, click the plus-minus icon (±) next to the Close field.
      The Day of Week pop-up is displayed.
    2. Click Add.
    3. Select a day of the week from the drop down.
    4. Specify the number of hours employees should be scheduled after the hours of operation on the selected day.
    5. If additional days require a different staff offset than the location, click Add and repeat the previous steps.
    6. Click Hide All to close the pop-up.
  4. Click Save.
