SB_WINDOW_BLACKOUT_TIMES

This configuration key specifies a daily recurring 24-hour time range during which bid windows must not be created during the Calculate Bid Windows action in Schedule Bidding. The blackout range applies to all days in the bidding period and is interpreted in the configured bidding timezone (BIDDING_TIMEZONE_TO_USE). When multiple teams are assigned to a schedule bid, the system applies the widest time range that covers all team settings.
