SB_WINDOW_BLACKOUT_DAYS

This configuration key specifies recurring days of the week on which bid windows must not be created during the Calculate Bid Windows action in Schedule Bidding. The days are interpreted in the configured bidding timezone (BIDDING_TIMEZONE_TO_USE). When multiple teams are assigned to a schedule bid, the system applies the union of all blackout days defined across the teams.
