Controls the number format of code summary totals on the SSP/Angular timesheet.

This configuration key applies only to SSP/Angular timesheets and does not affect the legacy supervisor timesheet. To ensure consistent code summary formatting across both legacy and SSP timesheets, administrators must also configure the TS_CODE_SUMMARY_NUMBER_FORMAT registry parameter in the Registry Parameter Reference Guide.
