SB_WINDOW_START_DAY

This configuration key specifies the fixed day of the week on which schedule bidding starts. When configured, the system advances the first bid window to the next occurrence of this day on or after the start date of the bidding period. The start day is interpreted in the configured bidding timezone (BIDDING_TIMEZONE_TO_USE). When multiple teams are assigned to a schedule bid, the system applies the latest start day relative to the bidding period start date.
