Auto Assignment optimization engine setup

Auto-Assignment uses the Auto Assignment optimization engine as its optimization engine. To use Auto-Assignment, one or more Auto Assignment optimization engine servers must be installed. The Workforce Management application must be configured to communicate with the Auto Assignment optimization engine servers.

Note: The Auto Assignment optimization Engine is being deprecated for on-premises deployments and will be removed in a future release. Additional release details will be provided in a future update. The Auto Assignment optimization Engine remains available in the cloud, and on-premise customers can avail of this capability through cloud deployment of the Auto Assignment microservice.
