Ranking rotation preferences

  1. On the SSP Home page, select Schedule Bidding.
  2. In the BID LINE column, select the check box for each rotation you prefer to add to your preferences.

    Selected rotations are automatically added to the Bid line preference section and ranked in the order they are checked.

  3. Rank your rotation preferences in priority order, with Rank 1 as the highest priority, by using any of these methods:
    • Drag and drop a rotation to a different position.
    • Use the Up and Down arrow controls.
    • Remove a rotation from the preference list. The corresponding check box in the main grid is automatically cleared.
    Note: You can add any number of preferences.
  4. Click Save Preference.

    Saving your preferences records their order and a timestamp. If you do not submit a direct bid during your bid window, the highest-ranked available rotation from your saved preferences is automatically awarded.

    Note: If a saved preference becomes unavailable before the bidding window begins, an acknowledgment modal displays the affected preference. After you confirm the removal:
    • The Bid line preference section updates to remove the unavailable rotations.
    • An Unavailable preference(s) link displays.
    • Clicking the Unavailable preference(s) link displays a list of the removed preferences.
