Adding bid periods

To add bid periods:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
  2. Select the schedule bid to set up a bid period and click Edit.
  3. In the SB Bid Period section, click New Row to add a row.
  4. Specify this information:
    Bid Period Start Time
    Select the start date and time for the bid period.
    Bid Period End Time
    Select the end date and time for the bid period.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add more bid periods to the schedule bid.
    Note: You can define blackout days and times at the team level using the SB_WINDOW_BLACKOUT_DAYS and SB_WINDOW_BLACKOUT_TIMES configuration keys. During a blackout period, bid windows are not created.

  6. Click Save.
