System administrators can enable reports from the system admin portal for users to access the reports form the Self Service Portal. The reports that the user access in the SSP use the same configuration as the Admin Portal and are displayed in PDF format by default.

As an administrator, you can go to Cognos Mapping to enable the Cognos reports in the system. See Cognos Mapping.
