BIDDING_TIMEZONE_TO_USE

This configuration key specifies the time zone configuration used for Shift Billboard, Schedule Bidding, and related processes to ensure accurate shift posting, claiming, and visibility across different user environments. It prevents expired postings, misaligned bidding windows, and confusion across locations with differing time zones.

If an employee's time zone is not configured, the server time zone is used by default.
