Description: When set to TRUE, it prevents unauthorization from propagating to premiums when a supervisor-approved work detail is edited. Premiums retain the state set by the rule engine, respecting HTYPE_UNAUTHORIZE and TCODE_UNAUTHORIZE settings. When set to FALSE, legacy behavior is retained and unauthorization propagates to all premiums regardless of their settings.
