Auto Assignment optimization engine setup

Auto-Assignment relies on the Auto Assignment optimization engine to generate optimized assignment schedules. To enable this functionality, install one or more optimization engine servers and configure Workforce Management to communicate with them.

Note: The Auto Assignment optimization Engine is being deprecated for on-premises deployments and will be removed in a future release. Additional release details will be provided in a future update. The Auto Assignment optimization Engine remains available in the cloud, and on-premise customers can avail of this capability through cloud deployment of the Auto Assignment microservice.
