Security roles
This topic describes the roles required to import and use agents. The persona for the roles is also included.

| GENAI-User | Users with this role have access to the Chat. | Customer User |
| WFM-ION_API_Users | Provides security permissions required to call the WFM API suite. | Customer User |
| GENAI-Admin | Provides the ability to upload tools using the API Gateway. | Infor Support |
| IONDeskAdmin | Required to upload API flows into ION. | Infor Support |
| MingleONEnabled | This role is required to activate the ION API Flows | Infor Support |
| IONAPI-BaaS-Administrator | This role is required to import the MCP server | System Admin |
