Shift Templates

Shift Templates (ST) define the shifts required for a unit and serve as the foundation for building schedules.

An ST can be associated with a Staffing Requirements Template (SRT), but this association is optional. Multiple STs can be linked to a single SRT, and an ST can exist independently of any SRT. When an ST is associated with an SRT, the workload requirements for each job are displayed in the Shift Template as reference information.

Teams and units can have multiple Shift Templates, allowing different shift patterns to be used for various scheduling needs. Each ST represents the mix of shifts required to build a schedule.
