Configuring Today's Shift widget

To perform this configuration, you must ensure that the Today's Shift widget is already added to your widgets in the WFM application.
  1. In Infor OS Portal, click the Navigation menu > Employee (Frontline).
  2. In the Today's Shift widget, click the More icon and select Configure.
  3. To modify the widget name, click the lock icon to unlock the Title field and specify your changes.
  4. Click the lock icon again to secure the field and prevent further edits.
  5. To modify how time displays in the widget, select either 12-hour or 24-hour format from the Time Display field.
  6. In the Time Display section, specify this information:
    Enable Clocking Survey
    Select this check box to let users complete a short survey or provide feedback after performing a clock action.
    Enable Detailed Time Attestation
    Select this check box to enable Time Attestation in the Today's Shift widget. This feature allow user to review and confirm their recorded work hours using a Time Approval pop-up.
    Hide No option
    Select this check box to hide the No option in the Time Approval pop-up when Time Attestation is enabled.
  7. To display the Labor Metric options that users can modify in the Today's Shift widget, select the corresponding check boxes for:
    • Change Department
    • Change Docket
    • Change Job
    • Change Project
    • Change Time Code
  8. For each Labor Metric option, specify how its list displays in the widget: Code, Description, or Both Code and Description.
  9. In the Shift Attributes section, use the check boxes to select which shift attributes display in the widget:
    • Job
    • Team
    • Department
    • Project
    • Docket
    • Activity
  10. To display open shifts that haven’t been assigned, select the Show Billboard check box.
    This lets users view and claim available shifts directly from the widget. If no shifts are available for the current day, the Show Billboard option displays based on system configuration.
  11. Click Save.
All settings specified here determine what users view and interact with in the Today's Shift widget.
