Displaying a disclaimer on time off requests

You can configure a disclaimer message to be shown in the time off request screen when employees request time off.

  1. Select Time Off Approval.
  2. Click the Turn ON config mode icon.
  3. Click the New Time Off icon.
  4. Click the security icon for the default disclaimer message (TOP_DISCLAIMER_MESSAGE) to select the security groups that will see the disclaimer.
  5. Click the localization icon for the default disclaimer message (TOP_DISCLAIMER_MESSAGE) to specify the text of the disclaimer message.
