Setting up unauthorize rule for teams

The method employees use to clock in, whether through Infor Go, desktop, or browser clock station, affects how geofencing and enforcement rules is configured.

Use these steps to set up unauthorize rule through WFM.

  1. From the homepage, select Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Quick Rule Editor.
  2. In Calculation Group, click the database lookup and select a calculation group.
  3. Click Go.
  4. Click Add Rule.
  5. In the Add New Rule panel, specify this information:
    Rule
    Select Unauthorize Rule from the list.
    Rule Description
    Provide a description for the rule.
  6. Click Add.
  7. In Rule Parameters, click the expand icon beside Unauthorize If Clocks Out of Geo-fence.
  8. Specify this information:
    Custom Reason Code
    Specify a code that explains why the clock is not authorized outside the geofence.
    Type
    Select Schedule, Home Team, or All from the list.
    • If you select Home Team, the employee must clock in or out within the radius specified for Home team.
    • If you select Schedule, the employee must clock in and out within the radius specified for the Schedule team at the time of the clock.
    • If you select All, the employee must clock in and out within the radius specified for the Home team or Schedule team.
  9. Click Apply.
  10. Click Save.
