Moving messages between folders To move messages between folders: Click the Messages icon. Select the folder containing the messages you want to move. For example, Inbox, Sent, Deleted, Draft, or a custom folder. Do one of these actions: To move individual messages from the selected folder, select the check box next to the messages that you want to move. To move all messages from the selected folder, click All. This option selects all messages to be moved. Select the folder from the Move Checked Items To drop-down list to which you want to move the selected messages. Click Go. Click OK.
