Assigning users to security groups

Note: Cloud customers integrating with Infor OS Portal using IMS BODs should not assign users to WFM security groups through WFM. In these deployments, a WFM security group is assigned to each user in Infor OS Portal through IFS security roles. To be able to access WFM, users must have exactly one WFM security group assigned to them.
  1. Select Maintenance > Security > Users.
  2. Click Edit beside the user you want to assign to a security group.
  3. Select the required security group from the Security Group lookup.
  4. Click Save.
