Scheduling the Asynchronous Processing Task

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
  2. Locate the Asynchronous Processing Task in the task list of the Task Schedules page.
  3. Click Parameters.
  4. From the Asynchronous Job Type list, select Asynchronous Payroll Export.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Specify this information:
    Pay Group
    Specify one or more pay groups that will be included in the payroll export.
    Location
    Specify the output location for the payroll export. You can select one of these options:
    • File: The payroll output is written to a payroll export file. The location of the file is specified in the Output File Path field for the payroll export task associated with the pay group.
    • Staging: The payroll output data is written to the WBINT_EXPORT staging table in the database.
    • All: The task creates a payroll export file and writes the payroll export data to the WBINT_EXPORT table.
  7. Click Submit.
