Defining holiday assignments using the Holiday Assignment Parameters page To define holiday assignments using the Holiday Assignments Parameters page: Select Maintenance > Public Holidays > Holiday Assignment. Depending on which field is available, do one of these actions: Select the required holidays in the Holiday field. Select the required holiday calendars in the Holiday Calendar field. Select one of these options: Select the employees to assign to the holiday from the Employee lookup. Select the teams to assign to the holiday from the Team lookup. Select the payroll group to assign to the holiday from the Pay Group lookup. Select the calculation group to assign to the holiday from the Calc Group lookup. See the parameter descriptions in the Specifying parameters for the Holiday Assignment Task. Click Submit. A message is displayed confirming that your holiday assignment is being processed. A Workmail message is sent your Inbox when the holiday assignment is complete.
