Table Driven Employee Date Range Recalculation Task

The Table Driven Employee Date Range Recalculation Task recalculates payroll records based on entries in the recalculation table (TA_CALC_EMP_DATES). This table stores employees and dates that require recalculation based on employee imports.

The recalculation table is populated by APIs that insert a record for each employee, and the dates to calculate.

For example, an employee is updated via employee import and a recalculation must be made from the beginning of the year to end of year to update their balances as a result of the change. The APIs will insert records into the TA_CALC_EMP_DATES table to be recalculated by the task.

The TA Calculation Requests page can be used to look up recalculation records. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Interfaces > TA Calculation Requests.
