Claiming shifts

  1. From the application menu, select Schedule Hub.
  2. Select the Billboard tab.
    Available shifts for the selected date are shown in two sections: First Come, First Served and Bidding.
  3. Select a different date to view available shifts on that date.
    In the desktop view you can select dates in the calendar. Days with available billboard shifts are marked with a triangle in the lower right corner.

    In the smartphone view, tap the calendar icon next to the displayed date to open the calendar popup.

  4. Under First Come, First Served, select a shift.
    The details of the selected shift are displayed, including any schedule compliance warnings that are triggered by adding the shift to your schedule.
  5. Select Claim Shift.
  6. Specify the start and end time of the shift to which you want to claim. By default, the time specified is the full shift.
  7. Optionally, you can add a time range when you click the plus button.
    Note: You can specify separate time ranges, as long as they are within the shift’s start and end times. Any partial First Come, First Served claims must be approved by the supervisor.
  8. Click Set time.
  9. Click Submit.
  10. Click Dismiss.
