Canceling temporary availability pattern
- From the menu, select Availability.
- In the My Availability Patterns (*), select the date range to delete.
- Click the More icon.
- Click Cancel. A warning message is displayed: Your availability will be cancelled, and you'll lose availability details.
- Click Acknowledge to proceed with the cancellation or Go back to return to the availability calendar.
           A pending status icon and pending cancellation is displayed if you have requested to cancel an availability pattern. If your manager approves the cancellation, the pattern is removed from your calendar and availability list and you receive a notification confirming the cancellation. If the cancellation is rejected, the availability pattern remains active, the status changes back to Approved Availability, and you receive a notification that your cancellation was denied. You cannot request cancellation for availability patterns in the past, and the More icon is not displayed for those patterns. Note: You can also cancel an availability pattern from Profile > At A Glance > My Availability Pattern.Select an availability pattern from the Default field and click Delete icon. When a confirmation message is displayed, click Ok to proceed or Cancel to return to the My Availability Pattern page.
