Showing Time Off Quotas on the Approve Time Off page

When you select the Time Off Quotas check box, you can view the time off quotas to support visibility of staff coverage limits. For upgrading customers, the Time Off Quotas check box is hidden by default.

See the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library (Multi-tenant) and select Administrator > Self Service Portal > Time off approval > Configuring the Time Off Quotas option.

You can view Time Off Quotas to ensure sufficient staffing levels within a time off group before approving time off. The Approve Time Off grid shows all time off groups associated with the team. Time off groups are part of the Time Off Quotas panel, which is a sub-panel of the Approve Time Off grid. You can view each time off group name alongside its corresponding time off types. Quota information is shown inside each day’s cell.

  1. Select Approve Time Off from the menu.
  2. Click Display Options.
  3. Select the Time Off Quotas check box.

    When Time Off Quotas check box is cleared, all quota information is hidden.

    Note: 

    If no time off groups have been configured, a message NO TIME OFF QUOTAS is displayed in the panel.

    You can only view up to 50 time off groups in the Time Off Quotas panel. If you load one or more teams with more than 50 time off groups in total, a message TOO MANY TIME OFF GROUPS TO DISPLAY is displayed in the panel.

    If the Coverage Panel check box is selected, Time Off Quotas check box is automatically cleared because only one of these options can be active at a time.
