Filtering shift cards on Open Shift Manager
You can access Open Shift Manager through the Admin Portal or Self-service Portal.
- Open the Open Shift Manager through these portals:
- Admin Portal: Select Scheduling > Shift Billboard > Open Shift Manager.
- Self Service Portal: Select Scheduling > Open Shift Manager.
- Specify the date range in the Date field or click the calendar icon.
Note: The earliest date to select is the current date. You can select a maximum of 42 days for the date range.
- To filter the displayed shift cards, click Filter.
- Specify this information:
- Post Origin
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts by post origin.
- This option is only available in the Active Posts and Completed tabs.
- Post Status
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts by post status.
- This option is only available in the Open Shifts tab.
- Shift Status
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts by status.
- This option is only available in the Completed tab.
- Number of Shifts
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts by number of shifts.
- Offer Type
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts by offer type.
- Claim Type
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts by claim type
- Show only shifts with bids
- Select one or more check boxes to filter shifts with or without bids.
- Start Time
- Specify the start time to filter shifts based on shift start time.
- End Time
- Specify the end time to filter shifts based on shift end time.
- Billboard Groups
- Click the database lookup and select the billboard groups to include in this filter.
- Teams
- Click the database lookup and select the teams to include in this filter
- Include sub-teams
- Optionally, select this check box to add the shifts of sub-teams for the selected teams.
- Shift Labels
- Click the database lookup and select the shift labels to include in this filter.
- Jobs
- Click the database lookup and select the jobs to include in this filter.
- Activities
- Click the database lookup and select the activities to include in this filter.
- Click Apply.
- Optionally, to reset the filter, click Reset.
