Adding a new clock

As an employee, you can submit a new clock request. To submit a request:

  1. On the Self-Service Portal, click Review Clocks.
  2. Click Add New Clock.
  3. Specify this information:
    Date*
    This field automatically shows the date that you selected. You can change the date as needed.
    Time*
    Specify the desired time. Click Set time.
    Type*
    Specify the type of a new clock.
    Reason*
    Specify the reason of the new clock request.
    Comment
    Optionally, specify a comment for additional information.
    Note: Fields with the asterisk symbol (*) are required.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Follow the same steps to add additional clocks for the same date as needed.
  6. When you are finished adding clocks for the selected date, click Submit All.
    A confirmation message is displayed indicating that a request has been submitted to your supervisor.
  7. Click OK.
