Acting as a proxy for another user

If the user proxy feature is enabled, you can select Proxy in the Self Service Portal's menu to act as another user.

The Proxying users page shows a card for each other user that you can act as. To act as another user, select that user's card. The user you are acting as is shown in the Currently acting as column. To return to acting as yourself, tap your card under Yourself.
