View pending availability pattern requests

When you submit a new availability pattern, you can view the Availability calendar with relevant time blocks in blue to indicate pending approval. You can rest on any blue block to view the specific time set for that day.

If you update an availability pattern, only the changed time sets show as blue blocks and deleted time sets show as red blocks. You can still view pending time sets even if you have overlapping time off, such as sick leave. After your availability is approved, the Availability calendar is updated to reflect both approved times and time off.

In your availability pattern list, a pending status icon is displayed next to any pattern awaiting approval, and you cannot edit or act on these patterns until they are reviewed.

The availability patterns are sorted by:
  • default pattern,
  • approved patterns, latest to earliest
  • pending approval, latest to earliest
  • pending cancellation, latest to earliest

The submitted availability stays in pending state until it is approved or rejected, and the relevant time blocks and status icon update to green for approved or removed from the calendar if rejected.
