Viewing schedule details from employee time off requests

You can view the employee’s scheduled shift from the request list. This provides visibility into potential scheduling conflicts.

  1. From the menu, select Approve Time Off.
  2. In the calendar, select a day with a time off request that is pending for approval.
    If multiple shifts occur on the same day, each shift is listed individually.
  3. In the Time Off Requests window, click the schedule from Schedule column.
    The schedule modal is reused from the Schedule Hub which shows the following details:
    • Schedule details: shows the start and end time with a dash (–) in between and you can configure the time format locale or use the default 24-hour format.
      Note: The pending schedule shows the start and end of the shift. If a shift spans overnight, a superscript (+1) is displayed.
    • Shift Label: shows the label of the shift starting on the time off date. If none exists, a dash (–) is displayed.
    • Job: shows the job title and description.
    • Unit: shows the unit name and description.
    • Department, Project, Docket, and Activity: if available, these fields are displayed.
    Note: By default, new installations and upgrades hide the Schedule column. The schedule modal fields can be localized and hidden separately from those in the Schedule Hub.
  4. Click Close to exit the Schedule Details.
  5. To accept or reject the schedule request, click Approve or Deny.
