Sorting and filtering time off requests on the Approve Time Off page

You can apply multiple filters at once, such as sorting by employee name and selecting multiple time off statuses, to customize your view of the time off requests on the Approve Time Off page.
  1. On the Approve Time Off page, click Sort & Filter.
  2. Specify this information:
    Sort By
    Select a criteria from the list.
    Time Code
    Click the database lookup and select a time code from the list.
    Time Off Status
    Select a time off status from the list.
    Employee
    Click the database lookup and select one or multiple employees to view their request.
    Employees With No Requests
    Select or clear this check box to include or exclude employees with no requests.
    Note: As of 2025.08, when you select Employees With No Requests option, it places employees without time off requests at the bottom of the list. Employees with submitted or draft requests appear at the top, enabling managers to prioritize relevant submissions.
  3. Click Apply.
