Editing temporary availability pattern

  1. From the menu, select Availability.
  2. In the My Availability Patterns (*), select the date range to edit.
  3. In Update Availability Pattern, specify this information:
    Effective Date Range
    Click the calendar icon and select a data range.
    Start Time
    To edit the start time for each day of the week, click the clock icon and specify values. Click Set time.
    End Time
    To edit the end time for each day of the week, click the clock icon and specify values. Click Set time.
  4. Optionally, to copy and paste your specified time to the days of the week, click the Copy Time icon.

    A message on the Copy and Paste Time window is displayed: Please note pasted time will override the existing ones. Paste your selected availability time of [Selected Day] to:

    You can do these actions:
    • Select the days of the week or Select All to which you want to paste your time and click Apply.
    • Click Cancel to close the Copy and Paste Time window, and a message is displayed: Your copy and paste will not be applied
    Optionally, click Acknowledge to return on the New Availability Pattern or Go back to stay on the current window.
    Note: The source day check box is disabled when you click the Copy Time icon. If the availability pattern follows a 14-day schedule, Week 1 and Week 2 headers are displayed for the corresponding days.

    When you paste time sets, you overwrite all existing time sets on the selected days. You copy time sets exactly as they show in the source day, regardless of how many time blocks exist. Otherwise, you can still edit your availability patterns after pasting.

  5. To add another Start Time and End Time for each day of the week, click the plus icon.
  6. Optionally, to remove all the values you specified, click Reset.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Ok.
    Note: When you view or update your availability patterns, your authorization status determines what you see. You will see a status indicator and an icon that shows whether your availability is pending approval, approved, or pending cancellation.

    If you are unauthorized, you will see the pending availability. If you are authorized, the requests are automatically approved and you will not see any pending cancellation.
