Display options on the Approve Time Off page

You can use these options to manage the details displayed on the Approve Time Off page:
  • Employee Grouping: Group employees based on their preferred job or scheduled shifts.
  • Show Balance Column: View the balances of each employee.
  • Cell Settings: Shows the time codes for the employee's time off requests.
  • Coverage Panel: Shows the summary of schedule coverage for a specific period.
  • Time Off Quotas: Shows how many employees can take time off during a specific period.
  • Show Legend: Shows the different icons representing the status of each request that is displayed together with the calendar.
