Filtering the view of the Coverage Panel

When you select the Coverage Panel check box, you can filter the view of the details displayed on the Approve Time Off page.

  1. Click the Filter icon next to ALL SHIFT COUNT.
  2. Specify this information:
    Primary Group
    Select a primary grouping for the employees from the list. Team is selected by default.
    Secondary Group
    Select a secondary grouping for the employees from the list.
    Tertiary Group
    Select a tertiary grouping for the employees from the list. You must select a secondary grouping first before you can select a tertiary group.
    Status
    Select a status from the list.
    Data
    Select how the data about the shift is displayed.
    Compare with the staffing requirements
    Select or clear this check box. To select this check box, each grouping level must have a unique value, and the Status must be set to Assigned.
  3. Click Apply.
