Showing a disclaimer on time off requests

You can configure a disclaimer message to be shown in the time off request screen when employees request time off.

  1. Tap Home on the application menu.
  2. Tap Config Mode at the bottom of the application menu.
  3. Tap the sixth configuration icon from the left at the top of the page (the icon to the left of Balance Details).
  4. In the Add Time Off Request Dialog section of the menu, tap the configuration icon next to Default Disclaimer Message to specify the text of the disclaimer message.
  5. Tap the security icon next to Default Disclaimer Message to select the security groups that will see the disclaimer.
