Card view and detail view
You can configure the information that is shown in the card view and detail view of the Shift Billboard.
By default the job, team, and activity codes are shown, but not the corresponding descriptions. You might want to show the descriptions so employees can more easily select the right codes.
To configure the Shift Billboard views, click and select the third configuration icon from the left at the top of the home page.
The fields in the card view are configured under when you click the configuration icon.
The fields in the detail view are configured under when you click the configuration icon.
You must edit the security configurations to show these fields:
- Job Description
- Team Description
- Activity Description
