Hiding the Add New Clock button

  1. From the Menu, select Review Clocks > Config Mode.
  2. Click the configuration icon.
  3. Click the Security icon next to Add New Clock.
  4. Specify this information:
    Security Group
    Click the database lookup and select a security group from the list.
    Permission Flag
    Select Deny from the list to hide the Add New Clock button.

    Employees in a security group without a specified permission flag can access the buttons.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Click X.
  7. Click Config Mode.
  8. Reload the page.
