Viewing eligible time off type(s) in quota

  1. From the menu, select Maintenance > Employees > Time Off Group.
  2. Click Find to search for a group name. To perform an advanced search, click the down arrow.
  3. After you find the time off group, click Edit next to the group name.
  4. Navigate to the Eligible Time Off Type(s) In Quota section.
    These fields are displayed:
    Delete
    This check box enables deletion of row entry.
    Time Off Type
    This field specifies one or more eligible time off types for the group. Quotas apply only to the specified types. If you leave this field blank, all time off types become eligible.
    If another time off group already defines a specific time off type and you add a new group with a blank time off type, they will be considered duplicates. Define each time off type separately if they have different quotas. Define time off types together in the same time off group if they share the same quota.
  5. Modify the fields and click Save.
