Adding a Custom Sort on the Bids tab of the Open Shift Manager

You can add a custom sort order to the Bids sub-tab. The custom sort order is configured using the same logic as the Relief Calling Area.

  1. From the homepage, select Scheduling > Open Shift Manager.
  2. To switch to configuration mode, click the Config Mode icon.
  3. Click Details Panel.
  4. Under List Toolbar, click the Configuration icon beside Sort Field.
  5. In Field Parameters, specify these:
    1. The Sort Order ID to valueList.
    2. The corresponding label for the Sort Order to labelList.
    Note: Use the vertical bar (|) as a separator with the keyword REVERSE to reverse the sort order. For example:
    • For valueList: Specify 1,1~|~REVERSE.
    • For labelList: Specify First Name.
    This configuration applies Sort Order ID 1 in descending order and displays the label list as the employee's first name. You can specify other sort label in the labelList.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click X.
  8. To switch off the configuration mode, click the Config Mode icon.
