Generate a separate warning for the scheduled days with no clocks
Select or clear this check box. If this check box is cleared and a sequence is specified in the Review Clocks Sequence field, the system generates a Clocks out of sequence for scheduled shifts without clocks. This warning is not triggered if an approved Long-term Absence (LTA) or Vacation (VAC) exists for the scheduled days, as the system excludes these shifts from the warning. The setting also specifies whether Review Clock Warnings are triggered based on the value specified in the Number of days before the current date parameter of the Review Clocks Warning Task. All warnings are generated when the Review Clocks Warning Task is run.

You must also ensure that the correct rule definition is added to the calculation group.

See Assigning Review Clocks rules to calculation groups.

    Review Clocks Sequence
Select a clock sequence in which an employee's clocks is recorded. If you select a sequence, a Clocks out of sequence warning is generated for any day where the clocks do not match this sequence.

You must first define sequence codes in the Review Clocks Sequence page.

    See Adding Review Clocks sequence.

    Follow Strict Sequence
Select this check box to indicate that en employee's clocks must exactly match the sequence specified in the Review Clocks Sequence field. If this check box is not selected, then the employee can record additional clock punches, such as labor metric clocks, as long as the clocks required by the sequence are recorded in the right order.
Note: Labor metric punches are treated as ON punches depending on your registry settings. For example, if the TREAT_JOB_AS_ON parameter is set to True, job clocks are counted as ON clocks if they are the first of the day, or the first following an OFF clock.

See the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library (Multi-tenant) and select Administrator > Registry Parameters > Time and Attendance Registry Parameters > TREAT_JOB_AS_ON.
