Viewing maximum allowed employees off by day
- From the menu, select Maintenance > Employees > Time Off Group.
- Click Find to search for a group name. To perform an advanced search, click the down arrow.
- After you find the time off group, click Edit next to the group name.
- Navigate to the Maximum Allowed Employees Off By Day section.
           These fields are displayed:- Delete
- This check box enables deletion of row entry.
- Start Date
- The start date is the effective date of quota.
- End Date
- The end date is the effective date of quota.
- 
              Note: The quota effective date must fall within the effective date range of the associated time off group. If the quota effective date is outside this range, an error message is displayed: Quota effective dates must be within Time Off Group effective dates.
- Rule Type
- This field shows the quota rule type by default.
- Days of the Week
- The fields show the quota value for each day of the week, Monday through Sunday. You can configure different quotas for weekdays and weekends.
- You can specify a number greater than or equal to zero, where a value of 0 explicitly means no time off is allowed. If you leave the field blank, a blank value means no quota is set for that day, and an error message is displayed: Quota must be specified for at least one day of the week.
 
- Modify the fields and click Save.
