Showing a disclaimer on time off requests from the Approve Time Off page

You can configure a disclaimer message to be shown in the time off request screen when supervisors request time off on behalf of employees.

  1. Tap Approve Time Off on the application menu.
  2. Tap Config Mode at the bottom of the application menu.
  3. Select Add Time Off Request Dialog > Default Disclaimer Message.
  4. Tap the configuration icon next to Default Disclaimer Message to specify the text of the disclaimer message.
  5. Tap the security icon next to the message field to select the security groups that will see the disclaimer.
  6. Click Save.
