Adjusting the data loaded in the SAW
You can use the
and icons on the upper right side of the SAW to adjust the data that is displayed.Use the
icon to filter the records that are loaded. After clicking , select one or more of these check boxes and click :- Fully Authorized: Select this check box to show fully authorized records.
- Unauthorized: Select this check box to show unauthorized records.
- My Team(s) Only: Select this check box to exclude employees who temporarily worked or are scheduled to work outside of the user's team for the selected date range.
Use the
icon to specify the order in which records are shown. Select one of these options:- Employee Name: Select this option to sort by employees' names.
- Employee Last Name: Select this option to sort by employees' last names.
- Employee First Name: Select this option to sort by employees' first names.
- Worked: Select this option to sort based on the hours worked.
- Sched: Select this option to sort based on the hours scheduled.
Additionally, you can use the directional arrows on either side of the time frame dates to change the time frame that is displayed.
