- The Process Group Name is shown at the beginning of the maintenance form where all processes are stored. When multiple teams are in a process, the name specified within the process is automatically populated in the Process Group Name field and the Process Name is automatically generated. Although created under a single process, separate backend processes are established for each team.
If there is only one team in the process, the name specified in the Process Name field is used as the Process Name and the Process Group Name is left empty.Note: The backend field for Process Group Name is RTSSPG_ID.If there is one team in the Process Name, the Process Description is shown in the Self-Service Portal (SSP).
- User-defined process descriptions are always preserved. The team's name is automatically added to the Process drop-down on the Self-Scheduling screen in SSP to generate a unique identifier.
- The Team and Team Description columns in this table are shown using the DISPLAY_TEAM_BY_NAME registry setting.
