Editing report schedules

  1. Select My Reports > Scheduled Reports.
  2. Click Schedule Report next to the report you prefer to edit.
  3. Click Edit Criteria to modify the selection parameters.
  4. Modify the parameters and click Save.
  5. If the selected criteria are created by another user, a warning message displays to indicate this. Click OK to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
  6. Click Schedule Report Run Times to edit the report schedule.
  7. Select one of these options:
    • Click Edit to edit the schedule details, such as when the report runs and the recipients of the report.
    • Click Run Now to run the report immediately.
    • Click Pause to pause a run job. The report’s state becomes Disabled and the Pause button changes to Resume.
    • Click Remove to remove the run job.
